Key West Shark fishing Report
March 31, 2010

Dan Pamperin, Laura and Jim Lee, and Bruce Prosser from Green Bay, Wisconsin fished with David and I this afternoon on the Lethal Weapon. We went to the Shark Rock where Laura caught one almost #250, it was an almost balck Nurse Shark, Bruce followed up with a golden back Nurse a few minutes later. While all this was happening, another rod bent, and Jim was tied to a huge Sawfish that fought him all the way around the Lethal Weapon and then another hour in the cockpit. We had the double line up, and the leader was five feet from the rod tip when the monster slashed the line with his bill and sunk back into the depths. Jim had the fish whipped, but the last-ditch effort by the great fish won the day. It was an awesome display by Jim and the Sawfish, and a great time was had by all.
